10.2.1. First child of Eliza A. Adams and Francis C. Price, William Thomas Price, was born November 15, 1884, in Spring Lake Twp., Scott Co., Minnesota, U.S.
He married Alma Henrietta Helena Elsner, daugher of Wilhelm Fredrich Elsner and Hattie Amelia Sasse, September 11, 1918, in Britton, Marshall Co., South Dakota and had two children:

William T. Price died April 23, 1939, aged 54 years, in Aberdeen, South Dakota and Alma H. Elsner Price Johnson died February 27, 1984, aged 82 years in Tacoma, Washington and are interred at Riverside Cemetery.

Funeral Services for William Price who died Sunday, April 23, 1939 in his home, 702 S. Jackson, will be held Thursday at 2 p. m. at the Presbyterian church with the Rev. M. D. Bone officiating. Burial will be in the Riverside cemetery.
The body will lie in state at the Johnson funeral home until the time for services. Aberdeen American News, Apr. 26, 1939.
Alma H. Elsner Price Johnson
September 8, 1901 ~ February 27, 1984
Alma Price Johnson, 82, of Tacoma, died Monday, February 27, 1984.
Mrs. Johnson was born in Langford, S.D., and had lived in Tacoma since 1942. She was a retired practical nurse and a member of Widows of World War I.
She was a Presbyterian.
Survivors include a son, Francis Price of Aberdeen, S.D.; a daughter, Mrs. Leo (Veddice) Thomas of Tacoma; a sister, Evelyn Myers of Britton, S.D.; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
