----- MARRIAGE -----
Wright—Buyers
At the home of Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Buyers a pretty wedding was solemnized on Wednesday, March 3, 1920, at 4 o’clock, when their only daughter, Mary A., became the bride of Mr. William R. Wright of Thompsonville. The bride, who was given away by her father, looked charming in ivory satin with trimmings of silk embroidery fringe and pearls. She also wore a beautiful pearl necklace, the gift of the groom, and carried a bouquet of pink and white carnations and fern. The wedding music was played by Mr. Edgar Baycroft of Stayner, cousin of the bride. After the signing of the register all sat down to a sumptuous repast after which a very enjoyable evening was spent. The happy couple will reside on their farm at Thompsonville.
