4.2.2.6. Sixth child of W. Munroe Adams and Lila V. Scott, Beverly Eden Scott Adams, was born December 15, 1940, in Midland, Simcoe Co., Ontario.

He married Bonnie Jean Downer, daughter of Charles Oswald Downer and Jessie Alfreda Lesperance, September 14, 1963, in Midland, Ontario and had two children:

Beverly E. Adams died November 21, 2020, aged 79 years in Midland, Ontario and Bonnie J. Downer Adams died March 12, 2014, aged 70 years in Wyebridge, Ontario.

Passed away peacefully at Georgian Bay General Hospital Midland, Ontario with his family by his side on Saturday, November 21, 2020, in his 80th year. Predeceased by the love of his life, Bonnie his wife of 50+ years. Loving Dad of Nancy Adams-Lefaive & her husband Stephen Lefaive Sr. of Wyebridge, Sally Adams (Ron Barr) of Claremont. Loving Grandpa to Stephen Lefaive Jr., Spencer Lefaive & Lily Graham. Predeceaded by his parents Munroe and Lila Adams, his parents in law Ossie and Jessie Downer, his brothers William (Joan), John, Douglas, Gerald (Beryl) and sister Vera (Harold) Nichols. Brother-in-law to Linda (Everette) Marshall, Gail Downer (Gary) James (Dawn) Downer, Shane (Pauline) Downer and Shanna (Tom) Bourgeois. ‘Uncle Bev’ will be remembered fondly by many nieces and nephews. At Bev’s request, no formal celebration or funeral. July 23, 1943 ~ March 12, 2014

Passed away peacefully at her residence, Wyebridge, Ontario on Wednesday, March 12, 2014, in her 71st year, following a lengthly battle with cancer.

Beloved Wife of Bev Adams (for 50+years), Loving Mom of Nancy Adams & her husband Stephen Lefaive Sr. of Perkinsfield, Sally Adams of Toronto.

Wonderful, Loving Grama to Stephen Lefaive Jr., Spencer Lefaive & Lily Graham. Sister to Linda Marshall & her husband Everette, James Downer & his wife Dawn, Shane Downer & his fiance Pauline Pauze all of Midland and Shanna Bourgeois & her husband, Tom of Vasey. Sister-in-law of Joan Adams (Bill), Gerald Adams & his wife Beryl of Toronto, Bonnie was predeceased by her Parents, Charles Oswald & Jessie Alfreda Downer, her siblings, Gary Downer (Gail), Sharon Gravelle, Luanne Dion (Larry), Ronda Brammall & Marilyn Wakelin.
‘Aunt Bonnie’ will be especially remembered by many nieces and newphews.

Bonnie retired from being a Self Employed Hairdresser for 30 years where she met many special people creating strong bonds of friendship with many of her clients.

A Celebration of Bonnie’s Life will be held on Friday, March 28, 2014 at St. Mark’s Anglican Church, Third St., Midland, Ontario at 3:30 pm.
