4.4.3.1. First child of Elizabeth J. Souch and Charles W. Pearn, Frank Cephas Pearn, was born May 23, 1884, in St. Mary’s, Blanchard Twp., Perth Co., Ontario.
He married (1) Mabelle Bellum Williams, daughter of William Thomas Trounce Williams and Charlotte Sarah Bemister, September 1, 1913, in London, Ontario and had one child:

He married (2) Diantha Lillian St. John Phillips, daughter of William St. John and Carrie Maud Butterfield, August 6, 1965, in Portland, Multnomah Co., Oregon.
Frank C. Pearn died June 24, 1978, aged 94 years and Mabelle B. Williams Pearn died January 25, 1964, aged 89 years in Portland, Oregon and are interred at Oretown Cemetery, Cloverdale, Oregon.

Frank C. Pearn
May 23, 1884 ~ June 24, 1978
Funeral for Frank C. Pearn, a retired dentist who died Saturday in a Portland hospital at age 94, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Grace Memorial Episcopal Church. Interment will be in Oretown Cemetery, Cloverdale.
Dr. Pearn, born in St. Mary’s, Ont., graduated from the University of Toronto and North Pacific Dental College in 1911. He served on the faculty for many years and practiced dentistry in Portland until 1969. He was a member of Delta Sigma Delta dental fraternity, the Oregon State Dental Society, the American Dental Society and Grace Memorial Episcopal Church.
Dr. Pearn, who lived in Gresham, is survived by his wife, Diantha of Gresham; son, William of Cloverdale; stepdaughters, Billie Weber of Portland and Eleanor Malcolm of Walla Walla, Wash.; and three grandchidlren. Portland Oregonian, June 28, 1978.
Mabelle B. Williams Pearn
January 21, 1875 ~ January 25, 1964
Funeral for Mrs. Mabelle W. Pearn, of 2133 NE Wasco St., will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Grace Memorial Episcopal Church. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.
Mrs. Pearn died Saturday at a Portland convalescent home. She was 85.
She was born January, 1878, in Toronto, Canada. She had lived in Portland for 50 years.
She is survived by the widower Dr. Frank C. Pearn, Portland, a son, William F. Pearn, Cloverdale, Ore., a brother, Dr. Norman T. Williams, of Niagara Falls, N.Y. and three grandsons.
Mrs. Pearn was active in the Grace Memorial Church and served as president of the Womans Service League. She was also an active member of the Altar Guild.
She had been a regent of Earl Haig Chapter, Daughters of the British Empire.
