Vivian Jane Adams  (1933 ~ )

 

4.4.3.9. Ninth child of John Adams and Sophie Kurtenbach, Vivian Jane Adams, was born March 20, 1933, in Humboldt, Saskatchewan. 

  She married Frederick RoystonRoyPhillips, son of Frederick Phillips and Mildred Sophia, June 7, 1958, in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and had three children:

  • (4.4.3.9.2)  Robert Ronald  (1962 ~ )

  • (4.4.3.9.3)  Michael William  (1966 ~ )

 

  Vivian J. Adams Phillips currently resides in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and F. Royston Phillips died April 6, 1995, aged 62 years in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

F. Royston Phillips

November 23, 1932 ~ April 6, 1995

Frederick Royston (Roy) Phillips passed away at St. Paul’s Hospital, April 6, 1995 after a brief illness. He was born November 23, 1932 in Saskatoon and was a Saskatoon City Police Officer for 31 years before retiring in 1989. He will be missed by his wife, Vivian; his three sons, John (Janet), Rob (Diane), and Michael (Dawn). He will also be missed by his grandchildren, Sara, Krista, Alyssa, Alex and Arden. Roy was devoted to family and passed on important family values to his children. He enjoyed travelling, working with his hands and fishing on Crean Lake in Prince Albert National Park. Special thanks to Dr. R. Kostyniuk, Dr. G. Groot, Palliative Care staff and Home Care staff. The family would also like to thanks friends and neighbors for their caring and support. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Palliative Care Unit at St. Paul’s Hospital or Home Care. At Roy’s request, a private service will be held at a future date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Saskatoon Funeral Home and Prairie View Crematorium. Saskatoon Star-Phoenix, Apr. 7, 1995.
