Annie Norine Mildred Souch  (1905 ~ 2003)

 

4.4.7.2. Second child of Cephas W. Souch and Maude C. Hayes, Annie Norine 'Mildred' Souch, was born October 10, 1905, in Enniskillen, Darlington Twp., Durham Co., Ontario.  

  She married Kenneth Archibald Caverly, son of Louis Sheridan Caverly and Isabel Shearer Wright, September 18, 1926, in Windsor, Ontario and had three children: 

 

  • (4.4.7.2.1)  Gwendolyn Norine  (1926 ~ ) 

  • (4.4.7.2.2)  John Douglas  (1929 ~ 1998) 

  • (4.4.7.2.3)  Bruce Edward  (1934 ~ 1998) 

 

  Mildred Souch Caverly died February 7, 2003, aged 97 years and Kenneth A. Caverly died December 30, 1989, aged 83 years in Bowmanville, Ontario and are interred at Hampton Union Cemetery.

Mildred Souch Caverly

October 10, 1905 ~ February 7, 2003

Peacefully at Marnwood Lifecare Centre on Friday, February 7, 2003, in her 98th year. Mildred, beloved wife of the late Kenneth Caverly. Cherished mother of Gwen and the late Doug and Bruce Caverly. Dear sister of the late Mary D. Cole. Loved mother-in-law of Lorna and Jan Caverly. Adorning grandmother of Rod, Barry, Cindy, Linda, Mark, Gail, Brent, Shari and Trevor. Great-grandmother of 19 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Friends and relatives were able to call at the Morris Funeral Chapel on Monday, February 10th from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service was held in our Chapel on Tuesday, February 11th at 11 a.m. Spring interment Hampton Union Cemetery. Donations to the Charity of your choice in Mildred’s memory would be appreciated. Oshawa This Week, Feb. 12, 2003.

 

Kenneth A. Caverly

February 5, 1906 ~ December 30, 1989

At Memorial Hospital, Bowmanville, on Saturday, December 30, 1989 in his 84th year. Ken, beloved husband of Mildred (Souch). Dear father of Gwen of Washington State, U.S.A., Doug of R.R.2, Orono and Bruce of R.R.2, Oshawa. Also loved by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Private family service was held at Morris Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, January 3, 1990. Spring interment at Hampton Cemetery. Bowmanville Statesman, Jan. 10, 1990.
