4.8. Eighth child of James Adams and Jane English, John Adams, was born June 4, 1858, in Cartwright Twp., Durham Co., Ontario. 

 

  John Adams died August 27, 1902, aged 44 years in Tiny Twp., Simcoe Co., Ontario and is interred at Wyebridge Presbyterian Cemetery.

John Adams

June 4, 1858 ~ August 27, 1902

It is with deep regret we are called upon to chronicle the death of one of our most respected neighbours in the person of Mr. J. Adams, on Wednesday of last week. Deceased has been suffering for a number of years from that dreaded disease, consumption. The funeral, which was largely attended, took place on Friday afternoon, the remains being interred in the Presbyterian cemetery. We extend our sincerest sympathy to the relatives of the departed, who are left to mourn their loss. Elmvale Lance, Sept. 13, 1902.
