Beverly Fay Adams (1936 ~ )
5.3.13.7. Seventh child of I. Oscar Adams and Alice A. Gordon, Beverly Fay Adams, was born November 28, 1936, in New Park, Clarke Twp., Durham Co., Ontario.
He married Glory Frances Fosetta Pigott, daughter of Alfred George Edwin Pigott and Frances Fosetta Carleton, September 22, 1956, in Orono, Clarke Twp., Durham Co., Ontario and had one child:

Adams—Pigott
Orono United Church was the setting for a double ring ceremony on September 22, 1956, when Glory Frances Fosetta Pigott, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred G. E. Pigott, Orono, became the bride of Beverly Fay Adams, youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Adams, Roseneath. Rev. John Kitchen officiated.
The bride given in marriage by her father was very charming in a long lace sleeved frosted with white waltz length Chantilly type lace and tulle gown, topped with a shoulder length veil held to a crown encrusted with jewels.
The attendants, Miss Phyllis Carleton, aunt of the bride, matron of honour and Miss Norah Wood, bridesmaid, in champagne and moss green respectively.
Thei dresses were full waltz length nylon chiffon with shirred panels to the period, off-shouldered necklin with shirred cap sleeves and skirts falling in graceful folds.
The flower girl was Miss Faye Myles, cousin of the bride, in frilled pink nylon.
All wore dainty headdresses and carried seasonal bouquets of yellow and white 'mums.
The church was tastefully decorated in pink and white gladioli.
The groom was attended by his brother, Kenneth Adams, Orono, as best man and Bruce Myles, Orono, and Ross Derry, Roseneath, as ushers.
A reception was held following the wedding in the I.O.O.F. Hall. The bride's mother in navy crepe with matching accessories and a corsage of pink and white carnations. The bridegroom's mother assisted in blue crepe and matching accessories and a corsage of pink and white carnations.
The bride's bouquet of white 'mums and pink roses was caught by Miss Norah Wood.
Out of town guests were from Ajax, Brantford, Toronto, Roseneath and Cobourg. Bowmanville Statesman, Nov. 8, 1956.
