Phyllis Edith McCullough  (1938 ~ 2015)

 

5.3.4.2.6. Sixth child of Elsie M. Adams and John J. McCullough, Phyllis Edith McCullough, was born January 1, 1938, in Manvers Twp., Durham Co., Ontario. 

  She married Robert Ernest Hayford, son of Thomas Walter Benjamin Hayford and Kathleen Elizabeth Nancy Meakes, June 16, 1955, in Lindsay, Ontario and had five children:

  Phyllis E. McCullough Hayford died June 9, 2015, aged 77 years, and Robert E. Hayford died July 25, 2017, aged 79 years, in Lindsay, Ontario.

Phyllis E. McCullough Hayford

Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at the Ross Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, June 9, 2015. Phyllis, in her 78th year was the loving wife of Robert (Bob) Hayford of 60 years. Daughter of the late Elsie and Lorne Strong, sister-in-law of Lynne Walker. Phyllis & Bob were blessed with a beautiful family of 5 children. Loving mother of David (predeceased) husband of Marilyn, Debbie Keenan (Bud), Donna Stratton (Dave), Robert Jr (Tammy), Steven (Kim). Cherished grandmother of Jayne, Pauline, Christina, Bob, Tanya, Sarah, Budd, Phillip, Amanda, Amy, Laura, David, Ryan & Connor. Great grandmother of Joey, Nicole, Christopher, James, Jessica, Zachary, Ayla, Graham, Cait, and a beautiful angel to arrive. Great-great grandmother of Gage, Cassidy, Colby & Austin. Cremation to take place, no service. The Hayford family will be holding a "Celebration of Life" gathering for all family members in the near future. Family would like to thank the Pa Palliative care staff at Ross Memorial Hospital, Care Partners, Paramed Home Team & CCAC.

Robert E. Hayford

December 4, 1937 ~ July 25, 2017

Passed away peacefully with his family by his side at the Ross Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, July 25, 2017. Bob, in his 80th year was the loving husband of the late Phyllis Hayford of over 60 years. Son of the late Thomas & Kathleen Hayford and sister of Lynne Walker. Bob & Phyllis were blessed with a beautiful family of 5 children. Loving father of David (predeceased) husband of Marilyn, Debbie Keenan (Bud), Donna Stratton (Dave), Robert Jr. (Tammy), Steven (Kim). Cherished grandfather of Jayne, Pauline, Christina, Bob, Tanya, Sarah, Budd, Phillip, Amanda, Amy, Laura, David, Ryan and Connor. Great grandfather of Joey, Nicole, Christopher, James, Jessica, Zachary, Ayla, Graham, Cait, Jackson, Maddison, and a beautiful angel yet to arrive. Great-Great grandfather of Gage, Cassidy, Colby, Austin, Koby, Maddison, Hennasey and Riley. The Hayford family had a ""Celebration of Life"" gathering for immediate family on July 30, 2017.

HAYFORD, David E. "Dave" 

September 20, 1956 ~ April 28, 2015

Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at the age of 58. Dave was the beloved husband of Marilyn (nee Stevens), for 34 years. Loving and strong Dad of Tanya (Andy) Brooks, Sarah Hayford, and Dave Hayford (Sydney Sagness). Cherished Grampa of Graham and Cait. Dear son of Robert and Phyllis Hayford and son-in-law of Jim and Bev Stevens. Dave is survived by his siblings Debbie (Bud) Keenan, Donna (Dave) Stratton, Bob (Tammy) Hayford, and Steve (Kim) Hayford and by his in-laws Faye Stevens, Jim Stevens, and Shelley (Greg) Loney. Remembered by his many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Visitation will be at the Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay on Saturday, May 2nd from 1:00 p.m. until time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 3:00 p.m. Cremation to follow.
