Albert Edward Fowler (1912 ~ 1981)
5.3.4.3. Third child of Martha J. Adams and R. Wesley Fowler, Albert Edward Fowler, was born June 15, 1912, in New Park, Clarke Twp., Durham Co., Ontario.
He married Reta Hazel Husk, daughter of Charles Wesley Husk and Generva McGill, October 6, 1939, in Peterborough, Ontario and had four children:

Albert E. Fowler died December 30, 1981, aged 69 years and Reta H. Husk Fowler died September 2, 2000, aged 79 years in Peterborough, Ontario and are interred at Little Lake Cemetery, Peterborough, Ontario.

At Civic Hospital, Peterborough on Wednesday, December 30, 1981, Albert Edward Fowler of 508 Edison Avenue. Beloved husband of Reta M. Husk. Dear father of Eugene of Kingston, Mrs. Don Buxcey (Donna) of Oshawa, Garfield of Campbellford and the late Gordon Fowler. Brother of James of Thessalon, Mrs. Mae Scott of Brampton and Mrs. Albert Pearce (Myrtle) of Newcastle. Also survived by 11 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Resting at the Comstock Funeral Home, 356 Rubidge St. from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday for service Saturday, January 2, 1982 at 1:30 p.m. Rev. Donovan Brown officiating. Interment Little Lake Cemetery. Reta Hazel Fowler (nee Husk) peacefully at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre, Hospital Drive on September 2, 2000 in her 80th year. Beloved wife of the late Albert for 42 years. Dear mother of Eugene and wife Carol Anne of Kingston, Donna Marie Buxcey of Oshawa, Garfield and wife Sheila of Campbellford and the late Gordon and wife Cindy. Proud grandmother of 18 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren. Friends and family may call at the Comstock Funeral Home, 356 Rubidge St., Peterborough, on Tuesday, September 5th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, September 6, at 10 a.m. Interment Little Lake Cemetery. Peacefully at Kingston General Hospital September 24, 2004, Eugene Fowler in his 64th year with family at his side. Survived by his loving wife Carol Anne of 40 years. Will be sadly missed by his sons Robert and Peter (Nicole). Will be fondly remembered by his five grandchildren, Robert, Kyle, Andrew, Alexander and grandchild on the way. Friends will be received at the Township Chapel of the Gordon F. Tompkins Funeral Homes 435 Davis Drive (Waterloo Village) Monday, September 27 between the hours of 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held Tuesday in Edith Rankin Memorial United Church 4080 Bath Road at 11 a.m., cremation to follow. Gordon F. Fowler
June 13, 1946 ~ October 31, 1981
The death of Gordon Frederick Fowler, aged 35, occurred suddenly on Saturday, October 31, 1981, in Cobourg, the result of a tragic car accident.
Born in Peterborough and educated at Campbellford, he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Fowler. He was married on March 20, 1965, to Cindy Lou Stephenson.
A resident of Bowmanville at 34 Waverley Road, for 18 years, he had previously resided at Campbellford.
He had been employed at the Goodyear Rubber and Canada Company, Bowmanville, as a labourer, for 14 years. He was a member of the Salvation Army Corps.
Left to mourn his passing are his wife Cindy, sons Tom and Kevin, a daughter, Michelle, his parents, Reta and Albert Fowler, brothers Garfield of Campbellford and Eugene of Kingston and a sister Donna (Mrs. D. Buxcey) of Oshawa.
Captain Cuff, of the Salvation Army officiated at the funeral services held on Tuesday at the Morris Funeral Chapel. The organist was Mrs. J. Albert Cole.
Pallbearers were Messrs. Glen Burgess, Bill and Barry Cowan, Lloyd Cornish, Bob McAurther and Alan Sparrow.
Beautiful floral tokens were received in his memory from the United Rubber Workers, Local 189, Pickering Welding and Steel, The Flying Dutchman Motor Hotel, The Castle Hotel and Goodyear Canada Ltd., Dept. 2432-33-37.

At her residence on Friday, January 6, 1995, Cindy Lou Coker in her 47th year. Beloved wife of Terry.
