John Thomas Laidlaw  (1923 ~ 1998)

 

5.9.2.8. Eighth child of Mary Jane Johnston and Allen Laidlaw, John Thomas “Jack” Laidlaw, was born January 24, 1923, in Midland, Simcoe Co., Ontario. 

 

  John T. Laidlaw died February 9, 1998, aged 75 years in Huntsville, Ontario, and is interred at Lakeview Cemetery.

John T. Laidlaw

Peacefully at the Huntsville & District Memorial Hospital, John Thomas (James) Laidlaw, on Monday, February 9, 1998 in his 76th year, Jack Laidlaw of Utterson, formerly of Midland. Dear brother of Ruth Porter of Agincourt, Joan Giles of Sarnia, and the late Frances Megaw, Mildred Houston, Aberdeen, Naomi and Doris. Funeral services were held at the Nicholls Funeral Home, 330 Midland Ave., Midland on Friday, February 13th at 2 p.m. Spring interment at Lakeview Cemetery. Services under the auspices of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #80 were held on Friday at 1:45 p.m. As expressions of sympathy donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
