Jennie Lyons Campbell Linton
November 27, 1859 ~ January 10, 1903
Mrs. John Linton was taken ill Saturday evening and sank down on the steps at Mrs. Vanwagoner’s residence, where the latter found her. Taking her within, Mrs. Vanwagoner called Dr. Thompson, and everthing possible was done for the stricken woman. The woman died however, before medical aid had fairly reached her. Her home was at Five Lakes for a time, but latterly she was been with her children in this city. Heart disease was the trouble. The funeral was held first of the week. Lapeer Clarion, Jan. 16, 1903.
