She married Claude Stephen Slater, son of Stephen Luther Slater and Mary Jane Cliff, January 11, 1911, in Mayfield Twp., Lapeer Co., Michigan, and had two children:

Maude E. Moore Slater died December 20, 1936, aged 50 years and Claude S. Slater died November 13, 1947, aged 60 years in Lapeer, Michigan and are interred at Mount Hope Cemetery.

Maude E. Moore Slater
July 6, 1886 ~ December 20, 1936
Mrs. Claude Slater died at her home on Cedar Street Sunday morning, December 20, 1936, heart trouble from which she has suffered for many years, being the cause of death.
Maude Elizabeth Moore was born in Lapeer township, July 6, 1886, the daughter of George and Sarah Moore. She was married to Claude Slater, January 11, 1911. They lived on a farm near Lapeer until 1920 when they came to the city.
She is survived by her husband and daughter Martha, two sisters and two brothers: Mrs. Bertha Gantz and Ben Moore of Lapeer and Mrs. Grace Spurck and Charles Moore of Detroit.
Funeral services are being held this Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Nazarene church on Fox street. Rev. John Sturck officiating, assisted by Rev. John Mellish and Rev. P. McClasper. Burial is at Mount Hope Cemetery. Lapeer County Press, Dec. 23, 1936.
Claud S. Slater
January 6, 1887 ~ November 13, 1947
Claude Slater, 60, former Lapeer resident, died Thursday, November 13, 1947 at St. Joseph Hospital, Ann Arbor. He had been making his home with his daughter, Mrs. Harry Eberlin of Ypsilanti.
Born in Lapeer, January 6, 1887, he operated a coal yard here for many years.
Besides Mrs. Eberlin, he is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Sarah J. Evans and Mrs. Fred Evans of Lapeer and Mrs. Fred Sharpe of Lakeland, Fla.
The body was brought to Baird Funeral Home, Lapeer. Services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, at the Liberty Street Gospel church with burial in Mount Hope Cemetery. Lapeer County Press, Nov. 20, 1947.
