8.2.5.2. Second child of Charles G. Moore and Georgia M. Selleck, Edward Charles Moore, was born December 17, 1918, in St. Johns, Clinton Co., Michigan, U.S.
He married Ann Goldthwaite, daughter of Eaton Kenneth Goldthwaite and Ella Warren "Nell" Sachse, September 10, 1962 in Edgarstown, Massachusetts and had two children:

Edward C. Moore died November 25, 2005, aged 86 years in Westerly, Rhode Island.

MYSTIC—The marriage of Miss Ann Goldthwaite to Edward C. Moore at St. Andrew's-By-The-Sea Episcopal Church, Edgartown, Mass., was announced today.
She is the daughter of Mrs. Ella S. Goldthwaite of 87 High St. and Eaton K. Goldthwaire of Northport, Long Island. Mr. Moore is the son of Charles G. Moore of Lapeer, Mich., and the late Mrs. Moore.
Mr. and Mrs. Moore are living in New York City. New London Evening Day, Sept. 13, 1962.

Edward C. Moore

STONINGTON—Edward Moore, 86, died on Friday, November 25, 2005, in Westerly, [Rhode Island].
Ed was born December 17, 1918, in St. Johns, Mich., to Charles and Georgia Moore.
From 1942 to 1962, he worked in New York City as a freelance photographer, photographing such celebrities as Celeste Holm and Bobby Darin.
In 1962, he married Ann Goldthwaite and moved to Stonington to be near the sea, which he loved. He worked at Dodson’s Boatyard until 1981, then retired to build original small-scale ships and to read.
Ed will be missed by his wife; his daughters, Jeni Moore and Nell Chevalier; his son-in-law, Chris; his grandsons, Christopher and Daniel, all of Stonington; and his mother-in-law, Nell Bradley of Noank.
Services will be private.
Memorial gifts may be made in Ed’s name to the Stonington Free Library.
