Margaret Ann Linton (1868 ~ 1950)
8.4. Fourth child of Margaret Adams and Thomas Linton, Margaret Ann Linton, was born April 8, 1868, in Mitchell, Fullarton Twp., Perth Co., Ontario.
She married Edward Lincoln Weston, son of Edwin Applebee Weston and Rhoda Ann Phillips, July 2, 1890, in Lapeer County, Michigan, U.S. and had five children:

Margaret Ann Linton Weston died July 28, 1950, aged 72 years and Edwin L. Weston died August 4, 1940, aged 76 years in Lapeer, Michigan, and are interred at Stiles Cemetery.

Margaret A. Linton Weston

Mrs. Margaret Weston, 82, 1032 Oregon Street, died Friday, July 28, 1950, at her home.
Services were at 2 p.m. at the residence, with the Reverend J. C. DeVries officiating. Burial was in Stiles Cemetery.
Mrs. Weston came from Mitchell, Ontario, where she was born April 8, 1868, the daughter of Thomas and Margaret Linton. On July 2, 1890, she became the bride of Edwin Weston, who died in 1940.
She is survived by three daughters; Miss Mabel Weston, Lapeer; Mrs. Floyd Davis, Lapeer; and Mrs. Raymond Sim, Flint, and by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Lapeer County Press, Aug. 3, 1950.
Edwin L. Weston
June 13, 1864 ~ August 4, 1940
Edwin L. Weston died at his home at 1032 Oregon Street Sunday afternoon, August 4, 1940. He had been ill one week of heart disease.
Mr. Weston was born in Mayfield Township, June 13, 1864. He married Margaret Linton on July 2, 1890.
They lived on the farm until 1916 when they moved to Lapeer.
He is survived by his widow, three daughters, Mabel Weston, Mrs. Floyd Davis of Lapeer and Mrs. R. R. Sim of Romeo: five grand-children, and a brother Herbert of Lapeer.
Funeral services will be at the residence today (Wednesday) at 2 p.m. with Rev. F. S. Hemingway officiating. Burial at Stiles Cemetery. Lapeer County Press, Aug. 7, 1940.
