 Mabel E. Weston died December 23, 1956, aged 62 years in Flint, Michigan, and is interred at Stiles Cemetery.

Mabel E. Weston

October 7, 1894 ~ December 23, 1956

Miss Mabel Weston, 62, 1032 Oregon Street, died Sunday night in St. Joseph Hospital in Flint following surgery a week ago. Services will be held Wednesday at 3 p.m. at the residence. The Rev. F. S. Hemingway will officiate and burial will be made in Stiles Cemetery. Miss Weston was born in Lapeer, October 7, 1894, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Weston. She graduated from Lapeer High School in 1912 and from Ypsilanti State Normal. She taught at Five Lakes and Lapeer Schools and for the past 40 years in the Flint public schools, in recent years in the Whittier School, Flint. She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. R. R. Sim, Flint and Mrs. Floyd Davis, Lapeer. The body will be at the Baird Funeral Home until the hour of service at the residence, 1032 Oregon Street. Lapeer County Press, Dec. 23, 1956.
