9. Ninth child of Thomas Adams and Isabella McBride, Thomas Adams, was born October 22, 1827, in Co. Monaghan, Ireland.
He married Jane James, daughter of Thomas James and Mary Smith, c. 1858, in Haldimand Twp., Northumberland Co., Ontario and had nine children:

Thomas Adams died April 13, 1901, aged 73 years, and Jane James Adams died August 29, 1912, aged 81 years in Fenella, Haldimand Twp., Northumberland Co., Ontario and are interred at Macklin's Cemetery.
