Mrs. Adams had lived for many years among the people of this community and was loved and respected by all who knew her. She will be greatly missed in the intimate family circle and also to a large circle of friends. Although she had reached an advanced age, being in her 86th year she was so deeply interested in all that pertained to the life and well being of her family, her church and the community, that she never seemed to grow old.
There were many beautiful flowers, love’s last gift from those who sought in this way to express esteem for the one whose loved presence is gone from us.
The funeral was held on Monday afternoon from McMillan Funeral Parlors, Roseneath, and was largely attended. The service was conducted by Rev. G. Lokhorst of Roseneath.
