Thomas Heber Adams (1924 ~ 2002)
9.3.2.3. Third child of Delbert J. Adams and Bella M. Milne, Thomas Heber Adams, was born March 14, 1924, in Roseneath, Alnwick Twp., Northumberland Co., Ontario.
He married Beatrice Lavigne Ivatt, daughter of Abraham Ivatt and Ethel Blodgett, November 10, 1951, in Cobourg, Ontario and had three children:

T. Heber Adams died September 14, 2002, aged 78 years in Fenella, Ontario and is interred at Macklin’s Cemetery.

Adams-Ivatt
Trinity United Church parsonage was the scene of a quiet wedding Saturday, November 10, 1951 when Beatrice Lavigne Ivatt, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Abraham Ivatt, of Centreton, became the bride of Thomas Heber Adams, son of Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Adams of Fenella. Rev. E. C. Kelloway officiated.
The bride wore a dark brown gabardine suit with brown velvet hat and accessories and a corsage of yellow roses. The groom’s gift to the bride was a gold locket.
The bride was attended by Mrs. Don Leach of Hastings who wore a navy blue gabardine suit and navy accessories with a corsage of pink roses.
The groomsman was Don Leach of Hastings.
In travelling to points west the bride wore her wedding suit and a beige top coat with brown accessories.
The couple will reside in Fenella. Cobourg Sentinel-Star, Nov. 15, 1951.

T. Heber Adams
Thomas Heber Adams passed away at his home in Roseneath on Saturday, September 14, 2002 in his 79th year. Heber Adams, beloved husband of Lavigne (nee Ivatt). Dear father of Marie Timlin (Craig), Gary Adams (Debbie) and Paul Adams (Paulette Morningstar) all of Roseneath. Dear grandfather of Becky Timlin (James Jones) of Roseneath, Eric Timlin of Roseneath, Brad Adams (Lea) of Oshawa, Kevin Adams, Nicole Adams and Jason Adams all of Roseneath. Dear great grandfather of Owen Adams. Predeceased by his brothers Eric and Eldon and his infant granddaughter. Funeral service will be held at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 30 King St. E., Cobourg on Tuesday, September 17, 2002 at 2 p.m. Interment Macklin Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. Those wishing may make memorial donations by cheque to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
