9.9.1.2. Second child of Flossie C. Brenton and James B. Bradbury, Barbara Anne Bradbury, was born November 12, 1932, in Cobourg, Ontario.

She married Ronald Alexander Ferguson, son of Lewis Edward Ferguson and Amelia Jane Davey, October 31, 1952, in Cobourg, Ontario and had five children:

Barbara A. Bradbury Ferguson died July 28, 2005, aged 72 years, and Ronald A. Ferguson died July 29, 2016, aged 82 years, in Cobourg, Ontario and are interred St. Peter’s Cemetery.

Peacefully at the Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg on Thursday, July 28, 2005, Barbara Anne Ferguson (nee Bradbury) in her 73rd year. Beloved wife of Ronald “Fergie” Ferguson (RAFBAF) of Cobourg. Loving mother of Susan Strickland (Gordon) of Cobourg, Ted Ferguson (Ruth) of Victoria, BC., Joanne Sobie of Sooke, B.C., Tim Ferguson (Deana) of Port Hope and the late Brenda Leigh. Sister of Helen Hortop (Ralph) and the late Joan and Vernon. Dear grandmother of Noah, Nathaniel, Christopher, Danielle, Andrea, Natasha, Travis, Katie, Cherise, Isailah, Tiana, Devon and Tanya. Beloved caregiver to hundreds of little ones over the years. Friends are invited to call at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 30 King St., E., Cobourg on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held in MacCoubrey Funeral Home on Saturday July 30, 2005 at 11 am. Cremation with interment in St. Peter’s Cemetery. Peacefully at the Golden Plough Lodge in Cobourg on Friday, July 29, 2016, Ronald "Fergie" Ferguson in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of the late Barbara Anne Ferguson (nee Bradbury). Loving father of Susan Strickland of Cobourg, Ted Ferguson (Ruth) of Victoria, BC., Joanne Sobie of Sooke, BC., Tim Ferguson (Deana) of England and the late Brenda Leigh. Brother of Hayden (Doreen), Harvey (Mary), Glenn (Audrey), and the late Donnie (Mary). Brother-in-law of Helen Hortop (the late Ralph) and the late Joan and Vernon. Dear grandfather of Tanya, Noah, Nathaniel, Christopher, Danielle, Andrea, Travis, Katie, Cherise, Isailah, Tiana, Devon, Sophia, the late Natasha, and great grandfather of Hailey, Izabella, Kayden, Isabelle, Theo, Holly, Warden. A graveside service will be held at th Heritage Cemetery of St. Peter on Saturday, August 27th at 11am, with a Celebration of Life Gathering taking place in the afternoon, from 1-5 pm at Baltimore Recreation Centre. Brenda L. Ferguson

August 28, 1955 ~ April 4, 1956

Brenda Leigh Ferguson, infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Ferguson, died suddenly at Sick Children’s Hospital, Toronto, on Wednesday, April 4, 1956. She was born in Cobourg, August 28, 1955.

Surviving in addition to her parents are a sister, Susan, and a brother Teddy.

The funeral took place from the H.C. Bowes Funeral Home, Saturday, to the St. Peter’s Church for service conducted by Rev. H. Bedford-Jones. Interment was in St. Peter’s Cemetery. Pallbearers were uncles Don Hayden and Harvey Ferguson and Ralph Hortop. Cobourg Sentinel-Star, Apr. 12, 1956.

Suddenly on December 9, 2007, Natasha Strickland in B.C. Beloved daughter of Gordon & Susan Strickland. Dear sister of Noah and Nathaniel (Amy) beloved Aunt of Haley.
