2.4. Fourth child of Veronica Glowacki and Alexander North, Cathleen North, was born March 11, 1912, in New Aberdeen, Glace Bay, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia.
She married Alexander Gramada, son of Cosh Gramada and Mary Fartiash, September 25, 1926, in New Aberdeen, Nova Scotia and had six children:

Cathleen North Gramada died August 29, 2005, aged 93 years, and Alexander Gramada died May 17, 1974, aged 79 years, in Windsor, Ontario, and is interred at Sacred Heart Cemetery.

Peacefully with her family by her side, Cathleen Gramada on August 29, 2005 at 93 years of age. Welcomed into the arms of her beloved Alexander (1974). Cherished ma of Gloria wife of the late Joe Baril (1999), Marjorie wife of the late Leo Mayville (1975), Alex and wife Gail Gramada, Ed and wife Bonnie Gramada, Desmond and wife Mary Gramada, George Gramada. Loving gram of 12 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. If you so desire, donations to the Autism Society would be appreciated by the family. Visiting Wednesday 3-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Prayers Wednesday 7:30 pm at Families First Funeral Home & Tribute Centre (969-5841) 3260 Dougall Ave. On Thursday family and friends will meet at Sacred Heart Church (219 Sacred Heart Dr.) after 9am followed by Mass at 10 a.m. Interment Sacred Heart Cemetery. GRAMADA—Alexander, 79 years, May 17, 1974 of 7115 Matchette Rd., LaSalle. Beloved husband of Kathleen (nee North). Dear father of Mrs. Emilien (Joe) Baril (Gloria), LaSalle; Mrs. Leo Mayville (Marjorie) and Desmond, Windsor; Alex, Edward and George, all at home. Six grandchildren and one great-grandchild survive. Mr. Gramada was a retired employee of the Ford Motor Company. Resting at Janisse Brothers Funeral Home, 1139 Ouellette Avenue from 3 p.m. Saturday. Funeral Monday at 9:45 a.m. to Sacred Heart Church, LaSalle at 10:30 a.m. Interment Sacred Heart Cemetery. Prayers Sunday at 8 p.m. Windsor Star, May 18, 1974.
